Properties of vulcanizate: if it is mainly used for processing and production of vulcanizate, the properties of vulcanizate are mainly used for customers and practical applications. The properties of vulcanizates can be divided into two categories: mechanical properties and environmental properties. The former is the measurement of rubber under the condition of bearing capacity, mainly including tensile strength, tensile modulus, elongation at break, tensile permanent deformation (all on the tensile machine), hardness, resilience, compression permanent deformation, tear strength, thickness and strength. The latter is to measure the performance changes of rubber in the external environment, including heat aging performance, ozone resistance, flame retardant performance and mildew resistance.
